We had an incredible experience at this luxurious hotel! The staff was absolutely amazing, making us feel welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. Every detail of the hotel was thoughtfully designed for the comfort of guests, from the cozy wellness area with panoramic views to the delicious meals served throughout the day. The location near the slopes for skiing was perfect, allowing us to easily access the mountains and enjoy the beautiful scenery. The room amenities were top-notch, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

The staff at this hotel is amazing. From the moment I arrived, they displayed a service mentality that was evident in every interaction. The hotel facilities are also impressive. The wellness area is huge and includes a panoramic finish sauna and a comfy "quiet room." The location is great for skiing, with slopes in close proximity. Additionally, the breakfast was perfect, with fresh orange juice every day.

The hotel is located near the slopes for skiing, on the mountains, and a good spot for relaxation. In March, the slope conditions are usually bad, though. the rooms are spacious with a nice bathroom and excellent service. the breakfast buffet is delicious, and the spa and massage center is impressive.
The hotel had some outdated furniture in the guest rooms, which needs a little upgrade.

The hotel was nicely decorated with a festive atmosphere during Christmas. There was an abundance of snow, providing a perfect location for winter activities. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, making our stay enjoyable. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of delicious food options.
Although the hotel offered a spa and massage center, the facilities were quite crowded and not very relaxing. The rooms were a bit outdated and could use some renovation.

The hotel had a nice children's playground outside and a small swimming lake. the location of the hotel was strategic and easily accessible by public transport. the breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a wide variety of options.
The rooms were outdated and needed renovation. the staff was not very accommodating and did not seem eager to assist with our needs.
